  • Consistency Matters: We aim to keep your student with the same expert tutor for the entire semester to ensure a stable, productive relationship.

  • Expert-Led Preparation: Your investment covers far more than the hour on screen. It includes custom lesson planning, tutor continuing education, and regular updates on student progress to ensure you're always in the loop.

Flexibility & Access

  • Flexible Trial Starts: New to the process? Start with a paid trial session to confirm fit before committing. 

  • Virtual Convenience: Sessions are held via Zoom or Teams, giving your student access to the best tutors in the country from the comfort of home. Learn more about virtual sessions here.

Billing & Options

  • Predictable Monthly Billing: We bill monthly in advance to reserve your student’s recurring time slot and prioritize learning over paperwork. Invoices are sent at the end of each month for the upcoming cycle and schedule changes are handled then. 

  • Budget-Friendly Options: If private rates are a concern, our Semi-Private sessions offer the same elite instruction at a shared discount. We also offer Scholarship Rates to a limited number of new families each term.

Elite Support, Transparent Pricing

We believe in transparent pricing. Our Preferred Rates are available for payments via Cash, Check, or Zelle. To support our local community, we offer a limited number of Legacy Scholarships for families requiring a more flexible price point. Learn more here.

  • Includes lesson prep, parent communication, and expert matching.

  • We aim to keep you with your preferred tutor for the entire semester whenever possible to ensure consistency.

  • ​Ad-Hoc & Emergency Priority Support: We understand that school emergencies happen. For last-minute or ad-hoc sessions for students not currently on a monthly billing plan, we offer Priority Booking at a 1.5x rate (subject to availability). For our Monthly Clients: As a thank you for your partnership, this priority fee may be waived when booking additional sessions outside your standard schedule.

  • Book Directly With Kate: Direct bookings are considered ad-hoc and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

  • While we specialize in high-touch virtual instruction, limited in-person sessions may be available at our Glendale home office for an additional facility fee. In-home services are not offered.
