How We Work

• Our director personally matches each student with the best tutor based on academics, personality, and schedule.

• Sessions are held virtually via Teams or Zoom. You can read more about our virtual sessions here.

• If our rates are outside your budget, consider Semi-Private sessions to work with a friend at a discount.

• You may request a paid trial session/s before committing fully to a month. Trial sessions cannot be rescheduled.

• Emergency and ad-hoc sessions are billed at 1.5x the standard rate. They cannot be rescheduled.

• We aim to keep you with your preferred tutor for the entire semester whenever possible to ensure consistency.

• Our tutors are experts in their subjects with years of experience and advanced backgrounds.

• Our pricing reflects not only session time but also lesson prep, continuing education, and communication with parents — all at significantly lower rates than major tutoring companies.
